This dish was not only easy to prepare but also incredibly tasty. I decided to prepare extra sauce and thickened it with flour to create a rich gravy-like consistency. I am definitely planning to make this recipe again and again!

I'm awarding it 5 stars for being incredibly easy to prepare and a delightful departure from mundane casseroles. Personally, I opted to decrease the amount of sesame seeds the next time I made it, and I found it to be even more enjoyable that way, but that's just a matter of personal preference. Make sure to remove any chicken skin (although leaving the thigh bones in is perfectly fine and adds a nice touch of flavor to the sauce). Instead of measuring by weight, we based the amount of chicken on the sauce to chicken ratio - this dish is perfect with 3 large or 4 medium bone-in thighs. Served over fragrant Jasmine rice, it made for a wonderfully effortless dinner!

While not the most visually appealing dish, this recipe was incredibly easy to make and packed with delicious flavors. The chicken was so tender that you could easily eat it with chopsticks. Personally, I found it slightly too sweet, but overall, it was a great dish.
