Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds T-bone steaks
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, divided
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 whole lemon
Directions
- Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: Place the steaks on a clean surface. Take one half of the garlic clove and rub it firmly against the bone of a steak. The friction will create a light garlic paste. Spread this paste over both sides of the meat.
- Step 3: Season both sides of the steaks generously with the Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix.
- Step 4: Drizzle olive oil over the meat and rub it in so the seasoning and garlic blend with the oil.
- Step 5: Transfer the steaks to the hot grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, until they reach medium doneness.
- Step 6: Remove the steaks from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. This helps the juices settle inside the meat.
- Step 7: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the steaks. Slice them into strips, arrange on a serving platter, and serve immediately.
