- 18 ounces dry penne pasta

Directions
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Step 2: Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the garlic is golden and the onions are translucent.
Step 3: Add the diced tomatoes, broccoli florets, salt, pepper, and oregano to the skillet. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
