Lemon Panko-Crusted Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- teaspoon dried thyme
- teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan, lemon-pepper seasoning, thyme, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Brush the melted butter over the top of the salmon fillets, then sprinkle evenly with the panko mixture.
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

I've prepared this recipe countless times, and it is absolutely delicious! If I run out of panko breadcrumbs, I simply use regular breadcrumbs. It tastes so good!
