Super simple to make and the whole family, even the picky eaters, loved it! I recommend trying JLambert sauce as a spread. The pork already has garlic, so the sauce complements it perfectly. Mix 1/2 container of sour cream with 1/2 finely chopped cucumber and a teaspoon of dill (adjust to taste). Spread the sauce inside the pita, layer with spinach, pork, green and red peppers, and a dollop of the delicious sauce. This dish is now a regular on our family menu rotation, thanks! P.S. Keep the pork slightly pink inside when grilling, it adds to the flavor.
