Ingredients
This recipe was developed at its original yield. Ingredient amounts are automatically adjusted, but cooking times and steps remain unchanged. Note that not all recipes scale perfectly.
Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings.
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- cup low-fat buttermilk
- cup light sour cream
- teaspoon dried parsley
- teaspoon dried dill weed
- teaspoon onion powder
- teaspoon garlic powder
- teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Once well combined, cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Step 3: Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Step 4: Before serving, give the mixture a quick stir to ensure consistency.
Cook's Note
If you're using this as a spread, maintain the current consistency. For a dressing, simply add more buttermilk to achieve a pourable texture.
