Ham and Cheddar Mini Quiche
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- cup diced ham
- 6 tablespoons milk
Directions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
Step 2: Lightly spray a 12-cup standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 3: Crack one egg into each muffin cup.
Step 4: Stir in 2 tablespoons of shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of diced ham, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk into each cup.
Step 5: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are set and a golden yellow color appears.
Cook's Note
Feel free to customize your egg cups by adding cooked sausage, sauted mushrooms, or green onions. Simply stir in the additions before baking as directed.
