  • cup white sugar
  • cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant hot chocolate mix
  • 3 bananas, peeled
  • 1 large fresh peach - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup chopped walnuts (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat white sugar and butter together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add brown sugar and hot chocolate mix. Stir well to combine.
  4. In a blender, combine bananas, peach, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the banana-peach mixture into the butter mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, walnuts (if using), baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
  7. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the banana-butter mixture until just moistened.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
