Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup applesauce
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and applesauce, stirring until the mixture is moist.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Remove from the oven, flip the bars onto a cutting board, and cut into 1-inch squares.
- Allow the bars to cool before serving.
