Easy 3-Ingredient Copycat Butterfinger® Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces candy corn
  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place candy corn in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring each time, until melted. This should take about 1 minute.
  3. Stir peanut butter into the melted candy corn until smooth.
  4. Spread the candy corn and peanut butter mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the mixture until it hardens, about 20 minutes.
  6. Place chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave at 50% power in 20-second increments, stirring each time, until melted. This should take about 1 minute.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the hardened candy corn mixture.
  8. Return the baking sheet to the freezer until the chocolate layer has hardened, about 20 minutes.
