- 8 ounces candy corn
- cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place candy corn in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring each time, until melted. This should take about 1 minute.
- Stir peanut butter into the melted candy corn until smooth.
- Spread the candy corn and peanut butter mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze the mixture until it hardens, about 20 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave at 50% power in 20-second increments, stirring each time, until melted. This should take about 1 minute.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the hardened candy corn mixture.
- Return the baking sheet to the freezer until the chocolate layer has hardened, about 20 minutes.
