Parmesan Cream Sauce Recipe

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (7.6 ounce) can canned table cream (Media Crema)
- teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- teaspoon salt
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and saut until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the canned cream, salt, and pepper, and heat the mixture through.
- Gradually mix in the Parmesan cheese, adding cup at a time, stirring well after each addition until smooth.
Cook's Note
If using the sauce for pasta, add 3 tablespoons of pasta water to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
