This delicious Spaghetti Sandwich combines the richness of melted mozzarella cheese with the heartiness of pasta, all packed in a toasty hoagie roll. Perfect for a comforting meal in no time.

Ingredients

  • cup butter
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 8 thin slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cold cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce

Directions

Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the butter with garlic powder over medium heat, allowing the flavors to infuse into the butter.

Step 2: Slice off the top and bottom crusts of each hoagie roll to make space for the filling. Brush the cut sides generously with the garlic-flavored butter.

Step 3: Open the hoagie rolls and layer the insides with mozzarella cheese slices.
