Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh steak (rib-eye, round, or sirloin)*
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 4 soft sandwich rolls
  • 1 (8 fl oz) jar cheese spread

Directions

Step 1: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Add the sliced onions and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Saut the onions until they become soft and translucent.

Step 3: Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until the meat is browned on the outside. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Step 4: Once the steak has browned, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and stir to combine with the meat and onions.

Step 5: Place the cheese spread on top of the meat mixture. Stir until the cheese is completely melted, allowing it to blend with the steak and onions.
