Whiskey Sidecar Recipe
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 fluid ounces whiskey
- 1 fluid ounce orange liqueur
- fluid ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice
Directions
Step 1: Pour the sugar into a shallow bowl. Take a lemon wedge and rub it along the rim of a cocktail glass, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat it evenly.
Step 2: In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, orange liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add ice to the shaker.
Step 3: Cover the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside becomes frosted, about 20 seconds.
Step 4: Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass, letting the sugared rim remain intact for a decorative and flavorful touch.
