Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen French fries
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cups cooked, cubed ham
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).

Step 2: Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3: Arrange a layer of frozen French fries at the bottom of the dish.

Step 4: Add a layer of frozen chopped broccoli on top of the fries, then evenly distribute the cubed ham over the broccoli.

Step 5: In a small bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Step 6: Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.

Step 7: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Step 8: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
