Lemon Pepper Shrimp Linguine

This delicious lemon pepper shrimp linguine is a quick and flavorful dish that combines the zesty tang of lemon with succulent shrimp, perfectly paired with al dente pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package lemon pepper linguine
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the pasta, then return it to the pot.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in the lemon pepper seasoning and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the shrimp are fully cooked through and pink.
- Once the shrimp are ready, toss them with the pasta in the pot. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well-coated.
