Air Fryer Oven Taco Shells Recipe

  • 4 (4-inch) street taco corn tortillas (such as Mission)

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 400F (200C).

Step 2: Place an upside-down mini muffin pan into the air fryer basket. Bend the tortillas like taco shells and position them into the indents of the muffin pan to hold their shape.

Step 3: Air fry on the lowest rack of the preheated air fryer until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the muffin pan from the air fryer basket. Flip the tortillas and place them directly into the basket.

Step 5: Air fry until the bottom sides are crispy and golden brown, about 1 minute.
