Roasted Shrimp Recipe
Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- cup butter, cubed
Directions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450F (230C).
Step 2: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a stoneware baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, ensuring the shrimp is evenly coated.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, dried parsley, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the shrimp.
Step 4: Scatter the cubed butter evenly over the shrimp.
Step 5: Place the dish in the preheated oven and roast for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn bright pink and the meat is opaque. Keep an eye on the shrimp to avoid overcooking.
Recipe Tip
Ensure that the shrimp are peeled and deveined before cooking. You can either leave the tails on for presentation or remove them, depending on how you plan to serve them.

I made it twice and absolutely wonderful and full of flavor. You’ll never boil or steam shrimp again! The second time I tossed with olive oil and freshly ground sea salt & pepper in 400deg oven for 8 minutes. Either way, you’ll love them.

It was very quick and easy to prepare. It had way too much garlic salt. I would try it again with 1 teaspoon garlic power and a squeeze of lemon.

Very salty. Too much seasoning for 1 pound of shrimp. Next time I will use fresh garlic instead of garlic salt.

I'll try it again as I'm trying to get away from fried foods. I think a little lemon juice would help as it was a little too bland for me.

Dash instead of pepper, garlic powder, thyme. I mixed the ingredient together and drizzled, at 5 min. Inoven I tossed them a bit. Delish!

Turned out fantastic!! I added a little green either with fresh parsley or cilantro with a squeeze of lemon. You can add a kick of heat with some pepper flakes.

The only thing I changed is I doubled the shrimp. Easy and delicious.

I put salt and pieces of garlic instead of garlic salt. It came out good and I loved it so much!
