Absolutely enjoyed it! I was confident this dish would be a hit at home since broccoli is my husband's favorite vegetable, and cauliflower is mine, and we both adore paprika. The only adjustment I made was adding 1 tablespoon of water to the broccoli before microwaving it, although it may not have been necessary; I just felt uneasy about cooking the broccoli in the microwave without any liquid. Thank you for the recipe, Soup Loving Nicole!

Delicious! Even my son, who usually avoids vegetables, thoroughly enjoyed the roasted or pan-fried broccoli prepared using this convenient and less messy air fryer method. After microwaving, I tossed the broccoli with olive oil and garlic salt before air frying, and they disappeared before even making it to the table. I may have cut them too small as they almost burned, so next time I'll check on them 2 minutes earlier. I will definitely make this recipe again, and next time I'll experiment with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese once they're done cooking.

Delicious! I went a bit overboard with three shakes of powdered habanero, but it still turned out great. I added the broccoli halfway through cooking without microwaving it first. I could eat this all day without feeling guilty. Thanks for the fantastic recipe, Nikki!

I'm amazed that I can easily cook my broccoli and cauliflower in the air fryer. I had no idea about this and I'm learning something new every day.

Still getting used to my air fryer, so I accidentally overcooked my meal. However, there were no leftovers after our family dinner, so I consider it a success.

Great experience! I decided to enhance the dish by adding some freshly chopped parsley at the last minute.
