I used 2 tortillas gluing them together with cheese, then baking them. It makes for a slightly thicker crust that I prefer.

This was a crowd favorite! My 10 year old had 4! He's a picky eater. I critiqued a few things here and there. I cooked my chicken in a Dutch oven on low for 3 and half hours with 5oz of enchilada sauce, 2/3 c water and a packet of taco seasoning. Then shredded with forks. The rest of the recipe I followed! This is a staple in my house now. Will be trying it with shredded pork and ground beef. Superb!

Very good! Use whatever toppings you want. This is the perfect way to make a tortilla pizza. Baking the crust first is key to it coming out just right.

Very good, very easy! My twins eat a lot and I didn't have enough pizza pans, so...I cooked in a pan over low heat (slightly above LOW). Placed tortilla in warm pan, spread olive oil around, and sprinkled garlic salt and Cajun seasoning/Italian seasonings over it. Sprinkled cheese; cheese then pepperoni; cheese then a lot more cheese onto different "pizzas" using alfredo sauce, Marinara sauce, both sauces at once. One pizza I added some fresh Romano/Parmigiano. I used the dinner plate sized tortillas. Sliced into 8 worked best! We all ate great with a few slices leftover for lunch -- Dad's lunch! Overall, very inexpensive, easy and tasty. My boys suggested that we don't need to order pizza anymore!

Pierce the tortilla several times with a fork. It will prevent it from turning into a Puffer Fish!

We've actually been making our own low carb version of this for years. We use low carb tortillas, and instead of heating the tortillas in the oven, we char them on our gas stove top burner for a half minute or so per side. Then we put the sauce and toppings on and finish in the oven. I checked out this recipe primarily to compare the time and temperature used. Basically the same as ours, but I like the idea of seasoning the tortilla before browning in the oven!

I did not have tortillas, so I used Joseph's whole grain flat bread. It is larger and fed two people. It turned out great! Next time I will try the suggestion of "glueing" two of the pieces of the bread together with cheese. Baking the bread first does make it perfect. My family likes crispy crust.

Since I am on the WW journey, I used 2, Ole Extreme Wellness wraps and made white pizza (roasted garlic Alfredo) with spinach, mushrooms & artichokes. I put them on a pizza stone. Yummy

I made this little pizza using turkey pepperonis and it was amazing! Once the pizza was cooked i did put it under the broiler for a minute just to get the top good and done.

Precooking and seasoning the tortilla make a HUGE difference. I tried skipping this step the first time and it wasnt nearly as good.

We wanted steak 😁. So we did the Carne Asada pizza with beans. You can use black or refried, DONT OVER DO THE BEANS, thin slice steak, diced tomato, Mozzarella and Monterey. Air fry oven... Then hot sauce, and 🥑cilantro sour cream. Slice😋

I use 2 keto Tortillas, put cheese in the middle of the Tortillas, put my toppings and pizza sauce on top layer and it's wonderful.

I made this pizza tonight and it is a hit! My husband even loved it! I made two pizzas, using 8-inch flour tortillas. Spread with olive oil, per recipe, and baked at 400 degrees F for about 8 minutes. Then, I topped the pizzas with a few tablespoons of jar pizza sauce, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, pepperoni and mozzarella. Heated for about 5 minutes more, and voila! Yummy and easy!

I made this tonight for my husband and myself. They were great! They were meatless. Mine had mushrooms, green onions, sweet peppers and my husband had black olives and mushrooms and green onions, and of course mozzarella cheese. The oregano sprinkled on top was the perfect topper. The tortillas kept their shape and we were able to pick up the slices without everything falling off. Plus the tortilla doesn’t fill you up with all that pizza dough. This is a keeper and I will be making them again.
