Air Fryer Ranch Pork Chops Recipe

Air Fryer Ranch Pork Chops Recipe

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch)

Directions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.

Step 2: Place pork chops onto a plate and lightly spray both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix on both sides and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 390F (200C).

Step 4: If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. Place the pork chops into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

Step 5: Use an instant-read thermometer to check the pork chops. The internal temperature should reach at least 145F (63C).

Step 6: Transfer the pork chops to a foil-covered plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Recipe Tips

  • If you're cooking thicker chops, add an extra minute to the cooking time.
  • For thinner chops, reduce the cooking time by one minute.
  • If cooking in batches, keep the cooked pork chops warm in the oven at the lowest setting while finishing the rest.

I actually used this seasoning mixture on some fresh caught Alaskan halibut, and the flavor was delightful! I'll definitely try this on pork chops next time around.

Best pork chops ever and so easy in the air fryer. Based on some reviews that the pork chops were bland, I used 2 Tablespoons of ranch seasoning powder which gave the pork chops an amazing burst of flavor. This is now my go-to pork chop recipe.

Followed the recipe, we had a thick cut of pork chops, so needed to increase the time to about 13 minutes. I used a ranch seasoning mix that didn't contain salt and pepper, so we just sprinkled some on top after the meat was cooked.

This was too simple to be true especially to someone new to air frying, and I was out of bread crumbs. Air fry feature came with my new oven, and I'm still learning it. The oven says it doesn't need to be preheated, but the chops needed more like 15 minutes, because I stuck them in right after turning it on, and 5 more when flipped when the oven was clearly hot. Who knew a sprinkle of dry dressing would add flavor and the hot oven didn't try them out!

Very easy and flavorful! If your chops are thinner don’t cook them as long. They cook quickly in the air fryer.

Followed recipe except added a first step of marinating the chops for about an hour and a half in white wine. Even with this extra step the chops were pretty tasteless.

There is no coating, crunch so get that our of your mind when you read AIR CRISP. But it was not dry and had good flavor. It will be pale in color but don't let that fool you. Do not over cook.

I added some seasoning and extra ranch. I think the pork chop in the air fryer is better with panko crumbs.

I followed the recipe to the letter. We thought the end result was very bland.
