I made this Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe using chicken breast meat and only 1/4 of the ketchup and honey called for. I also added half a cup of fresh pineapple and used only 1/3 of the recommended salt. This turned out to be the best Sweet and Sour Chicken I have ever had!
