Cook Time: 15 minutes
Pancake Pops with Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
- 1 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup water, or as needed
- 2 bananas, cut into -inch pieces
- cup white sugar
- cup ground cinnamon
Directions
Step 1: Heat oil in a large saucepan to 350F (175C).
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the pancake mix and water together until the batter is smooth.
Step 3: Dip each banana slice into the pancake batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Step 4: Fry the coated banana slices, 3 to 4 at a time, in the hot oil until lightly browned, about 1 minute per side. Use a slotted spoon to remove the slices from the oil and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
