Did not have to change a thing! Absolutely delicious! One word of caution is not to let it come to a full boil or it gets very frothy even after letting it rest in the fridge or otherwise.

Also love this creamer recipe along with basic vanilla and maple glazed donut. I do cut the cinnamon in this one to 1/2-1 tsp for my taste, I think the original as written is a bit cinnamon heavy. Otherwise this is another simple but delicious coffee creamer! Very impressed

I was disappointed. The taste is merely "okay". My biggest complaint is the cinnamon does not dissolve, which gives the creamer a slightly "gritty" texture, which I find really unappealing. Also, even substituting Splenda for sugar, this creamer is really high in calories. I started making my own coffee creamer to find a healthier alternative to Coffeemate, and while this may be more natural, it is definitely not healthy.
