Spinach-Artichoke Garlic Naan Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
This recipe was developed at its original yield. Ingredient amounts are automatically adjusted, but cooking times and steps remain unchanged. Note that not all recipes scale perfectly. Original recipe (1X) yields 3 servings:
- 1 (9 inch) garlic naan bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
- cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- cup halved and thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, and minced parsley. Brush the mixture evenly onto the naan.
Step 3: Sprinkle the naan with mozzarella cheese, then follow with 1 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, toss spinach, artichoke hearts, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and salt with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 5: Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the flatbread.
Step 6: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 7: Transfer the prepared naan flatbread to the lined baking sheet.
Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bottom and edges start to turn golden brown.
Step 9: Slice the naan and serve warm.
Cook's Note
If you have a pizza stone, it's a great option to use for this recipe. If garlic naan is not available, plain naan bread can be used as a substitute with great results.

This recipe was a lovely departure from my usually veggie pizzas. I loved the combination of flavors, and the quick preparation. I added some red pepper flakes for a hint of spice. It took me longer to open the jar of artichokes than it did to bake the pizza. I will definitely make this again and share it next time!

This pizza was so easy to make and very flavorful. We added a bit more of the toppings than the recipe called for and also some kalamata olives. Delicious! Will make again!

I followed the recipe pretty closely, but since I had plain Naan, I included a little extra garlic. I love garlic anyway, so no risk there. It was absolutely delicious!! It’s a keeper and can’t wait to make it for my friends!!

Wonderful! And easy! I also added some chopped prosciutto in with the greens - which I had a spring mix that had arugula and spinach. Made two, personal pan naan pizzas but needed to use a little more olive oil in step 2 to accomplish. Great for lunch, dinner or as an appetizer! Will make again! Thanks lutzflcat!

I added Prosciutto and used fresh sliced tomatoes instead of dried. It was to die for!!

I left out the sun dried tomatoes because my family doesn’t care for them, but included everything else. Everyone loved it! I’m sharing it with my sister-in-law.
