Tilapia Foil Packets Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- teaspoon salt
- Aluminum foil
Directions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
Step 2: Lay 4 sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface, ensuring they are large enough to wrap around each fillet.
Step 3: Place one tilapia fillet in the center of each sheet of foil.
Step 4: Top each fillet with half a tablespoon of unsalted butter.
Step 5: Sprinkle each fillet evenly with chopped dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Step 6: Fold the sides of the foil over the fillets and roll up the edges to form a sealed packet.
Step 7: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and transfer them to the preheated oven.
Step 8: Bake the packets for about 20 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
