Pumpkin Fluff Dip Recipe

Pumpkin Fluff Dip Recipe

Pumpkin Whipped Topping Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15-ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 (5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (16-ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Step 1: Begin by gathering all your ingredients on the countertop. This will make the process smoother and more efficient.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, instant vanilla pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well until everything is evenly blended.

Step 3: Next, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping. Do this slowly to keep the texture light and airy.

Step 4: Once the mixture is fully combined, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.

Step 5: Refrigerate the dessert for a few hours or until you are ready to serve. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and enhances the taste.

I agree with the previous reviews . . . this recipe is simple, delicious and unique. Looked nice with a dusting of fresh, ground nutmeg and a scattering of ginger-snaps & vanilla wafers as dippers. (Best refrigerated overnight.) The second time making the recipe, I added a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a tablespoon of Butterscotch Schnapps for a little added interest. It certainly got peoples attention . . .right down to the bottom of the bowl! Tiera, Thanks for a wonderful, crowd-pleasing recipe!

Love it. I use 8 oz cool whip though for a heavier pumpkin flavor. I don’t use it as a dip though. I put it in the freezer and then eat it like ice cream!

I add a little extra pumpkin spice. I also have put it in a graham cracker crust and served it as a no bake pie.

I add 8 oz softened cream cheese and add 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of just one. I serve in a hollowed out pie pumpkin with ginger snaps and vanilla wafers. Everyone loves it and I get tons of recipe requests.

This recipe has been a favorite at our Halloween parties for years. To get the true pumpkin flavor though we use only an 8 ounce container of whipped topping. This provides chance for the pumpkin pie spice to come through so need to make sure that what use quality pumpkin pie spice or make your own fresh. This small of a recipe fits into a small pumpkin cut in bowl shape. Scooby snacks work the best for dipping since they don't overwhelm the pumpkin flavor and add an extra appeal for the younger folks.

This was really good. I made some as recipe stated, then took some and folded into whipped cream cheese and pumpkin puree as suggestions. We liked the alternative better because it seemed more substantial as a dip. Either way, topped with added cinnamon and ground cloves is a must! Will make again!

I made this for a work gathering. I only brought the smaller (8 oz.) container of cool whip and the 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix because I read the recipe wrong, so I went ahead with those anyway :). I mixed those with the whole 15 oz can of pumpkin and used 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. Basically, the same recipe, but smaller tub of cool whip and smaller package of vanilla pudding mix. Turned out great! I would probably add even more spice to it next time, but it was a hit!

I was making a double batch of this my first time around, and I started with just one tub of whipped topping. I tried it with just the one 16-oz tub, and I didn't bother to add the 2nd one. To me, it would have diluted the pumpkin flavor. So, my recommendation is if you are making one batch, only use an 8-oz tub of whipped topping.

After reading the comments I increased the pumpkin pie spice to 1 tablespoon. I found a box of jello pumpkin pie instant pudding mix at the store and subbed it for the instant vanilla pudding mix. Served at a Halloween party with 25 people there and every last bit of the dip was eaten! I put out Ginger snaps and biscoff cookies for dipping

So simple and easy to make. I only added about 12 ounces of the whipped topping and extra pumpkin pie spice So it would have more of a pumpkin taste. I served it with vanilla wafers and spiced wafers (the spiced wafers really tasted delicious with the dip). It was a huge hit!! Thanks for sharing

Have been making this for 10+ years. My kids used to love it in their lunches with Granny Smith apples and graham crackers. I’ve tweaked it over the years. Try it with a small container of sugar free cool whip, white chocolate sugar free pudding, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste. AMAZING! And low cal

So good!! I use sugar free vanilla pudding and zero sugar whip and it's a great low sugar carb treat. I put it on graham crackers or eat alone!

This was an excellent low-fat dessert. I put it in parfait cups and sprinkled crushed chocolate grahams on top. Will definitely be making this again
